Remote support
To keep things simple and secure, we first recommend Quick Assist on Windows. If that is not possible, we can use AnyDesk.
Option 1 — Quick Assist (Windows)
On Windows 10 or 11, pressing Ctrl + Windows + Q often opens the app. Otherwise, search for “Quick Assist” from the Start menu.

Open Quick AssistPress Ctrl + Windows + Q or search for the app.

Choose “Get help”Follow the instructions to share your screen.

Enter the codeWe provide a temporary code to start the session.
Option 2 — Download AnyDesk
If Quick Assist is not available, download AnyDesk, open it and send us your ID.
